PoliciesPlease read carefully before making your reservation
Cancellations – Any cancellation renders a $25 cancellation fee due to processing fees and labor. A room reservation cancelled within 14 days of the arrival date will be subject to the total charge unless we can re-rent the room so please let us know asap if you anticipate an issue. If in the event we can re-rent the room we will gladly refund the full amount minus the $25 cancellation fee. This policy is for regular room rentals not groups and events.
Adverse Weather – We are empathetic in the event of adverse weather but please understand that we cannot be responsible for mother nature. In most cases the above cancellation policy still applies.
Groups/Events – There are additional policies regarding group reservations to include weddings, classes, murder mystery, dinner theatre and special events. Most do require non-refundable deposits and/or full payment at time of booking.
Guest Requirements – All room reservations require a one night deposit and guests must be 21 years old and do require a credit card. We do reserve the right to refuse service and room rental to those persons we deem may be disruptive to our other guests. All discounts require identification upon arrival and CANNOT BE USED WITH 3RD PARTY RESERVATIONS, DIRECT BOOKINGS ONLY.
Check In/Check Outas we may not be able to make adjustments without prior notification due to staffing and scheduling.- Check in is anytime after 3pm and check out is by 11am. Please notify us if you need to check in early or check out late prior to your arrival or departure so that we can make every effort with staffing and scheduling to accommodate your request.
Packages – Any package or extra offerings that are with outside sources are subject to their own deposit and cancellation policies.
Privacy – We only collect the necessary data from you in securing a reservation, we DO NOT sell your information to any other parties. When we collect sensitive information, it is encrypted and transmitted to us in a secure manner. Our website contains links to other sites and we are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.
Extra Persons – Our room reservation pricing is listed for one or two persons, each additional overnight guest is priced at an additional $30 per night. We of course allow visitation from non-overnight guests and encourage you to invite your outside guests to join you for breakfast at anytime for a fee.
Weddings – We DO NOT allow multiple guests taking showers and/or wedding preparation here unless you are renting the entire inn. It is too costly and disruptive to our other guests.
Children – Children are occasionally allowed but by discretion. Most of our guests come here for a romantic quiet getaway, therefore very young or disruptive children are not conducive to this environment. We have many antiques, therefore children must be with their parents at all times and responsible for damaged items.
Pets – We DO NOT allow pets here of any size or breed unless they are federally certified and jacketed service animals, your registered service animal must stay with you at all times and cannot be left unattended at the inn. We love animals but unfortunately others can be allergic and they most often require additional cleaning services so there are no exceptions. We appreciate your understanding.
Smoking – Smoking or vaping of any kind is NOT allowed inside our rooms or buildings, it is permitted in designated areas outside only. A $250 cleaning fee will be assessed and may incur additional charges if this prevents us from renting the room due to smoke removal.
