Murder Mystery

Come and join us for a night of extortion, bribery and murder in one of our entertaining Murder Mystery Weekends where YOU and the other guests are the characters in this live version of “Clue.”

Make it even more fun and get your own group together (minimum of 16, 2 per room).  Our murder mystery weekends also make perfect team-building activities, holiday celebrations, birthday parties, “girls weekends” or Bachelorette parties and rehearsal dinners!

Here’s how the Murder Mystery weekend works (see below for other options*)

#1: You decide you want to participate in a Murder Mystery weekend, check available dates below, and contact us at 603-750-4200 to let us know which weekend you want to book.  You can book these weekends online or through us by phone, we will need some additional information about you in order to match you appropriately to a character role. Therefore, a phone call is required at some point. Please call us at 603-750-4200 to discuss room availability or questions you may have.

#2: Once we have full booking for a particular weekend, we will choose a “theme.” You will receive a packet, via email, with specific details about your character.  The packet will also include suggested dress, objectives to meet in your role, and secrets about “yourself” and others.

Someone is the victim… who will it be?

#3: You’ll arrive Friday night (if you’re staying both nights) to a 1 hour dessert reception with the other players, during which everyone will review basic rules and introduce themselves.  Breakfast is served on Saturday morning and the day is yours to explore Dover or other nearby towns.

#4: Saturday night, the real fun begins!  Come to the main parlor in character and costume, ready to play!  Enjoy a five course dinner with the other players and at some point during night, someone will have met their demise and the remaining characters will become the sleuths and uncover who the murderer is.

#5 After the show is over, stay tuned for awards and prizes, and continue building new friendships with the other guests.

All deposits for special events are non-refundable and due at booking.

We have several different themes from Westerns, Medieval, Roman, Pirate, 1920’s, 1950’s, 1970’s, Rich and Famous, Margaritaville, plus many more! We even have one for the holidays titled “HO HO Homicide” which would make for a great company party.

Dinner and Game Only: Can’t stay an entire weekend?  Live close by? Come and stay just one night or play just for the evening 6pm-9:00pm. Pricing is $100 per person and includes your night of Murder Mystery fun and a 5 course dinner plus prizes!  $100 per person is for dinner and game only, but does not include overnight stay – make your room reservations if needed through our rooms or reservations tab!
